Our Student Services Team member will help support you through your studies and beyond. We provide advice and help for all aspects of your study life so that you can make the most of your time with us. You’ll find support for money matters, study advice, personal support, help meeting people, making yourself more employable and much more.

International Student Advice

This is your first stop for our international students who need support. Our International Student Advice team will be with you from before day one, providing assistance for pre-arrival, getting to our campuses, settling in and more.

 

Faculty Student Advice Service

Find out more about the support and advice available to you, which will help you make the most out of your programmer. We’ll help you understand the study system, provide you with advice about how to study and more.

Employability Service

Our graduate prospects are among the best in the country – with 4 out of 5 starting their career or further study within the first six months.

From your very first day our focus is on improving your job prospects and our services are planned to give you everything from careers advice, CV and interview workshops to job opportunities and internships.

Student Money Advice

Understanding the cost of living and studying in a University abroad can be tricky. Our support with finance pages will provide you with the information you need and the support we have available to help you manage your funds.

Advice for Disabled Students

We hold regular drop-in sessions to give information, advice and support to students with disabilities. You can also find out more about getting assessed for the Disabled Students’ Allowance. We’ll help you find the right solutions to enable you to reach your full potential on your course.

Health and Wellbeing

We want to help you have a happy and successful time here with us. If you have any concerns we offer a free and fully confidential Counseling and Wellbeing Service.

The service covers everything from anxieties and stress, advice from our Chaplaincy Service and help and support for any concerns you have about your course and exams.

You’ll become a part of this union as soon as you will become our student. It’s independent union from the University that supports students through university. You get to decide how this union is run and what they do. You can vote in elections, get your voice heard through student councils or take part in campaigns.
