Overview

This section gives information on how the University manages its legal and statutory responsibilities with regard to academic quality assurance, information governance and compliance, and the University’s policies and regulations.

The key areas are:

  • Policy Zone– this is a central repository for all approved University-wide policies, procedures, and regulations. Documents are available for all to view and download.
  • Academic quality– this includes the University assessment framework, information for external examiners, and a full list of individual programme specifications.
  • Information governance and compliance –  this provides information about the College’s compliance with legislation, including the Freedom of Information Actand the Data Protection Act, and how to submit information requests under these Acts.
